Never ever show your feelings to anyone other than your real estate agent! If you go to an open house, and realize it's "the one", do not tell the agent holding the open house. Merely say that you are somewhat interested and you will be calling your agent to discuss it further. Do not reveal any other information such as you are living with your parents and can't take it one more day or that you have to find a home in the next 30 days. The agent at the open house is usually working for the seller and will report this information to the seller which could make it harder for YOUR agent to negotiate the price down for you. Bratton Realty's objective is to get "the one" under contract for you, but also, to negotiate the price down if at all possible.
